I’m Morgan Lyons: a wife, mom, educator, and business owner. I am fulfilling my childhood dream of impacting the field of education by both being a teacher and running my business, Growing Beyond The Books (GBTB). I began studying the Enneagram (a typology personality system that is very detailed + accurate) years ago in order to advance my transformation in self-development and personal growth. I quickly realized how powerful it was and became a certified Enneagram coach so I could share the goodness with others. Since then, I have combined my love and passion for education with my knowledge of the Enneagram and started GBTB. With GBTB, I lead PD trainings using a curriculum I have written that outlines some foundational components of the Enneagram. As a result of my programs, school staff learn about themselves, which in turn transforms school culture/environment, classroom structure/organization, empathy, and overall effectiveness.

Hello! I'm David Rische - and I lead PD training and workshops for new or aspiring educational leaders. These presentations give simple, practical, actionable, and experienced based tactics and strategies. Since 2018, I have been speaking and training all over the state of Texas. I've had the privilege of attending live training sessions by Tony Robbins, Eric Jensen, Jon Gordon, and The Disney Institute. Regarding my experience - I have served in public education for 27 years as a Teacher, Assistant Principal, and Principal. As an added bonus - I'm also a magician! I have written a book for aspiring teachers or anyone who struggles with interviewing. This book gives insider information from a principal's perspective.
